Sound Recordist and Editor

About Me…

Born in British Columbia, Natasha had nine years surrounded by mountains, forest and their abundant sounds of natural wildlife before her family moved to bustling Ontario. Unimpressed by the echoes of the suburbs and the nearby rumbling of the freeway, she did what any reasonable lonely new kid did; threw herself headfirst into film and television consumption. Or more specifically, how those programs were made. This led her to obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University, and pursuing her Advanced Diploma at Niagara College.

Since then, Natasha has found herself on bustling sets, whether in the noisy city or the subtle but lively nature locations, as well as the sweet quiet of an editing suite. While she has written, directed, and been in several productions, Natasha is no where happier than listening and guiding the world through sound in film. She has also since made friends too, and found herself to be quite good at it!

Natasha has worked using Presonus, Protools, and Audacity for Sound Editing and Design.

She has also recorded using Fostex FR-2, Sound Devices Mix Pre3, 833 and 633, and Zoom H5.
